Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Sunkano ("we", "us") collects when you visit sunkano.com (the "Site") or purchase our digital products, why we collect it, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Purchase data. When you buy a product we receive your email address, country, and transaction details from our payment processor (Whop). We do not see or store your full card number. Whop handles all card data.
- Marketing attribution. If you arrive at the Site through a tracked link, the URL parameters (e.g.
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,fbclid) are stored in your browser's local storage and sent with your purchase so we can understand which channels work. They are not shared with third parties. - Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprint individual visitors. It records anonymous aggregate signals like page views, referrers, country, and device type.
- Support messages. If you write to us, we keep the email exchange so we can respond and refer back to it.
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver the product you bought (give you online access to the program).
- To process payments, taxes, and refunds (via Whop).
- To respond to your support requests.
- To understand which marketing channels bring real customers, so we don't waste money on what doesn't work.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).
3. Who processes your data
- Whop Inc.: payment processing, tax, invoicing, and post-purchase product access. Whop is the merchant of record for all purchases. See Whop Privacy.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting, content delivery, and privacy-first analytics. See Cloudflare Privacy.
4. Cookies
The Site itself does not set tracking cookies. When you proceed to checkout you are taken to Whop, which may set cookies required to complete the transaction; these are functional and not used for advertising.
5. How long we keep data
We keep purchase records for as long as required by tax and accounting law in our jurisdiction (typically 6 to 10 years). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years from the last interaction unless you ask us to delete them.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EU/UK residents and CCPA for California residents), you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights write to [email protected].
7. International transfers
Our processors (Whop, Cloudflare) may transfer data outside your country of residence. Where required, these transfers rely on legally appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
